Online orders can always be exchanged or returned at any of our locations. Step in and our helpful sales associates will be happy to take care of you.
Mail Exchanges / Returns:
Use the yellow paper included with your order (or use a blank piece of paper), and let us know your Name, Address, Email, Phone Number and Order Number.
For an exchange, please include the new size and/or color.

- The return will be processed and credit issued or an exchange sent out within two business days after we receive the merchandise.
- Shipping charges are generally not refunded; however, we work with you on a case-by-case basis for defective items or mistakes.
- No authorization codes are needed for shipped returned items.
